OPPO Launches Realme 3i with 4,230 mAh Battery & Helio P60 SoC

Realme has released two smartphones to the Indian market today – Realme 3i and Realme X. The Realme 3i was the headliner of the event and it features just slight alteration from the Realme 3.

The new device comes with a polycarbonate back with crystal-like gradient finish. The back houses a dual-camera system consisting of a 13MP and 2MP sensors. There is also a LED flash and fingerprint scanner. The front, however, features a 6.2 inches IPS HD+ display which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. There is a waterdrop notch which is home to a 13MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture.

The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 SoC paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The 3GB RAM variant comes with a 32GB of storage. While the 4GB RAM variant has a 64GB of storage. For further storage, there is a microSD slot available for up to 256GB.

The battery is one of the selling points of this device. It packs a huge 4,230 mAh battery capacity even though it features just 10W fast charger and uses the outdated micro USB port. Running on this device is the combination of Android 9.0 Pie alongside ColorOS 6 custom skin.

The smartphone is available in Black, Red and Diamond Blue body colours. It is set to go on sale on July 23rd and exclusive to Indian online store – Flipkart. The 3GB/32GB memory variant will debut at Rs. 7,999 while the 4GB/64GB memory variant goes for Rs. 9,999. There is no available information on when the device will make its way into other markets and at what price. So stay tuned.
