Realme X2 debuts with Snapdragon 730G, 30W VOOC 4.0 and 64MP camera

Barely two weeks after unveiling the Realme XT, we have another X-tagged smartphone from Realme. The company calls this one the “Realme X2”.

By just looking at the features, the Realme X2 is an upgrade to the Realme XT. It does feature the same display; 6.4″ FHD+ Super AMOLED with an in-display fingerprint reader. Four cameras at the back comprising of 64MP, 8MP, 2MP & 2MP sensors. Located on the waterdrop notch is a 32MP selfie camera.

The Realme X2 is home to a Snapdragon 730G SoC paired with either 6GB or 8GB RAM. Storage options available are 64GB and 128GB. The device runs on Android 9 Pie with a planned upgrade for Android 10. The Android Pie is covered up with the company’s ColorOS 6.0 custom skin. NFC is present on the Realme X2. There is a non-removable 4,000 mAh juice for the Realme X2 and supports 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0.

The phone will be available in Pearl White and Pearl Blue. The 6/64GB base option will cost CNY1,599/$225/€205 while the 8GB/128GB option goes for CNY1,899/$265/€240.
