After months of leaks, Samsung’s anticipated midrange phones of 2023 are finally here. The Samsung Galaxy A54 and the Samsung Galaxy A34 are finally here.
Both phones come with a similar design, and color options tend to be the same. The Samsung Galaxy A54 has a 6.4-inch super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1080p resolution. It also has vision booster support and can reach 1000 nits of brightness. The phone weighs 202 grams and will be comfortable to hold in hand.
Both phones have an IP67 rating for dust and water and a 5000mAh battery with 25 Watts of fast charging support. The Samsung Galaxy A34 has a more prominent 6.6-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It also has vision booster support, and it weighs around 199 grams.
Camera Specs of the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34
The Samsung Galaxy A54 has a 50MP primary camera and a combination of a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 5MP macro lens. There is a 32MP front-facing camera, and it is hidden in the punch hole cut out. The Galaxy A34 has a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro lens.
Regarding performance, The Galaxy A54 comes powered by the new Exynos 1380 chipset, while we have the Dimensity 1080 powering the Galaxy A34. You can get either 6 or 8GB RAM on both phones with 128 or 256GB storage space. There is also an SD card slot on both phones.
Both phones are unavailable in Nigeria, so we can’t confirm the prices. They should be available in the country before the end of the month or early April. We will update you about the price once it’s available in Nigeria.
