A lot of people would like to know the new Tecno Spark 3 price in Nigeria. The Spark 3 device has two versions alongside the Tecno Spark 3 Pro. Both models of the Tecno Spark 3 has a 6.2-inch display with a bathtub notch housing the front-facing camera.
TECNO Spark 3 Price and Key Differences
Both also have a 3,500mAh battery capacity and a fingerprint sensor on the back for biometric verification. However, some hardware and features are different on both models/versions. One has 1GB of RAM paired with 16GB of storage (for this article, we’ll refer to this version as the lite version *not the actual name*) while the other has 2GB of RAM with the same 16GB of storage.
The Lite version, the one with 1GB of RAM uses a MediaTek 6580 SoC – a Quad-core chipset clocked at 1.3GHz – while the standard version with 2GB of RAM uses a MediaTek Helio A22 MT6761 clocked at 2.0GHz. Both versions have a single front-facing 8MP camera.
However, there is a slight difference at the rear. The Lite version is equipped with a single 13MP camera while the standard one has a dual 13MP + 2MP combination of cameras. Both of them run the Android operating system out of the box with HIOS on top; Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition on the Lite version and Android 9.0 Pie on the standard version.
Colour options available for both versions are Champagne Gold, Midnight Black, Bordeaux Red and Aqua Blue. Tecno Spark 3 Pro, on the other hand, has three out of the colour options of the Spark 3 – Champagne Gold, Midnight Black, Bordeaux Red and the addition of a new colour which is Nebula Black. As for specs, Tecno Spark 3 Pro is pretty much the same as the Spark 3 (not the lite version) except for the increased storage space to 32GB and the addition of 4G LTE connectivity.
Everything else from the 6.2-inch display with notch, 2GB of RAM, 3,500mAh of battery capacity, dual rear cameras, MediaTek Helio A22 MT6761 SoC, fingerprint sensor and Android 9.0 Pie with HIOS is pretty much the same as on the standard Spark 3.
TECNO Spark 3 price in Nigeria
As for prices, Tecno Haven’t given an official Tecno Spark price in Nigeria but it is expected to be within N34,000 – N43,000 depending on the model/version you’re going for. We’ll know for sure when it hits the shelves soon.
