Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 Specs Listing on Phonecorridor. Foldable phones are going mainstream and Samsung seem to be dominating, but Xiaomi is making a statement with their Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 which is an upgrade to last year’s Mix Fold. They are competing for a share of the foldable market with their new release. The new Mix Fold 2 by Xiaomi has an OLED LTPO display when unfolded, and it also has a 120Hz refresh rate as we have on the Galaxy Z fold 4. It has over 1300nits of brightness which means it can be used outdoors without difficulties.
The phone has an AMOLED display when folded and it also supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The display on the outside is protected by Gorilla glass victus while the inner display is protected by Scott UTG Glass.
Samsung is yet to disclose what they are using to protect the inner display of the Fold. The Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Adreno 730 is the GPU. It has 12GB RAM and up to 1TB UFS 3.1 storage space. The phone has a 50MP main camera that can shoot up to 8K videos, and a 20MP selfie camera.
Samsung’s Galaxy Fold 4 only shoots 4K videos even though it has a 50MP camera. The fingerprint scanner on the Mix Fold 2 is under the display on both the inner and outer display. It also has a 4500mAh battery and supports 67Watts fast charging. The Mix Fold 2 takes less than an hour to charge the phone from zero to a hundred. It also runs on Android 12 and MIUI 13. The phone has some features that are better than the Fold 4 by Samsung.
